Anna and Andrew hosted a stunning summer wedding in downtown Kansas City at the Everly Event Space.
I had been so stoked for Anna and Andrew’s wedding the moment they had asked me to photograph it. Anna is the sister/SIL of a past bride and groom I photographed a few years back. It’s always great to be able to photograph within the same family again. Their ceremony was at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, which is on the campus of Rockhurst, a familiar place for Anna and Andrew being alumni. It was so emotional watching Anna walk down the aisle!
After, we traveled around Kansas City with their hyped wedding party to take portraits. The reception was at the Everly Event Space and I was obsessed with all the beautiful simple elegant details provided by Good Earth Floral. I wish I could tell you where they got these delicious donuts I sitll think about to this day, but they were homemade by a family member. They were HEAVEN.
The day was simply perfect. Anna and Andrew, you were an absolute joy to photograph. Thank you for just being you.
