There’s something truly magical about when two cultures, two families, and two hearts come together. Jennifer and Andrew’s wedding day was the perfect blend of tradition, elegance, and heartfelt moments. The celebration started with a stunning Vietnamese Tea Ceremony that set the tone for the day, full of love and intentional details. From the vibrant red tones woven throughout the tea ceremony to the soft pink and gold accents seen later in the day, every element reflected Jennifer and Andrew perfectly. Everything was beautifully rooted in heritage, yet uniquely them.

A Vietnamese Tea Ceremony Full of Meaning
The Vietnamese Tea Ceremony was, without a doubt, one of the most emotional and memorable parts of the day. Surrounded by family and friends, Jennifer made a grand entrance in traditional attire, beaming with grace and pride. The room was filled with tears, laughter, and the kind of joy that only happens when generations gather to witness something truly sacred. From meaningful offerings to heartfelt blessings, every detail of the tea ceremony was intentional. Family members played important roles throughout, and the couple honored traditions that have been passed down for generations, while still making the moment feel personal and true to them.

A Beautiful & Sacred Catholic Wedding Ceremony
Once the tea ceremony concluded, Jennifer and Andrew slipped into their elegant wedding attire for the Catholic ceremony. And oh, what a beautiful, heart‑full transition it was. Quiet, tender “first‑look” moments gave way to joyous reunions, and the air buzzed with excitement as they exchanged the sweetest of vows. You could feel the love and support radiating from every member of the bridal party. They brought such vibrant energy, cheering and celebrating every glance and smile. After the couple said “I do,” we stepped outside for some fun bridal party portraits full of laughter, dancing, and pure celebration!

Personal Touches That Made It Theirs
From multiple outfit changes for the bride to custom vows shared during their private first look, each detail was done with intention and love. Their dog even made an adorable appearance in the form of a life-sized cardboard cutout, which had everyone smiling. One of my favorite parts? During cocktail hour, Jennifer and Andrew took the time to greet each guest and ensure they got a photo with every single person. A beautiful reminder of how much they value their community. The fun didn’t stop there either. Later that evening, a custom trivia slideshow gave guests a chance to laugh, learn more about the couple, and celebrate all the little things that make their story so special.

Client Love & Kind Words From Jennifer
“Our journey with Kelsey was a beautiful process. Kelsey’s distinctive style with her use of natural light was the deciding factor for us.
Kelsey was prompt with responses and able to keep us informed, even with a lengthy engagement (2.5 years). Kelsey’s talent for creating a comfortable environment allowed us to relax and genuinely produce candid moments, proving that a good photographer can capture authentic emotion regardless of initial shyness.
On the wedding day Kelsey and her second photographer, Caitlin, balanced guidance during bridal party and family portraits with an almost invisible presence during the ceremony and reception. Her ability to manage unexpected challenges was particularly telling; when the bride fell ill, Kelsey’s immediate, attentive response and quick adaptation (finding a cool-off spot) while still maintaining the timeline, underscores the critical value of a photographer’s problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
We received exceptional value for her services; her quality out-matched her price. Kelsey was a stand-out choice for us. We highly recommend her for her exceptional talent and professionalism. We hope to utilize her again for family portraits as well!”
