At the peak of the pandemic, Jordann had emailed me to tell me their wedding was postponed indefinitely.
Jordann and Ted were one of the first couples to have to tell me they had to postpone their day. I was so sad for them because I knew their wedding day was going to be full of twinkling fairy lights surrounded by all of their lovely family and friends. But I totally respected them for their decision. Ted is affiliated with biology and I knew there was no way they’d mess around with this. So, I was so happy for them, when, a month later, Jordann contacted me if I was open on a Thursday to photograph their wedding at Ted Ensley Gardens with about a dozen of their closest family and friends. I was so excited that they were able to get married before they were set off to move out of the state later that same year.
I gotta say, Jordann and Ted are my people.
I had a great connection with them right away when we bonded over video and board games. I was so excited to be able to them in front of my camera again before they had to move. Congratulations you two. It was an absolute pleasure to have you as clients. <3
