Allyssa and Evan wanted to make their engagement session a bit extra special by renting out one of their favorite cocktail bars in Kansas City, Panthers Place!
I met Allyssa back in 2019 at her brother’s wedding! I specifically remember her because she was so freaking sweet and she thanked me at the end of her brother’s wedding day. And now here we are! Evan is a PEACH and is just as sweet as Allyssa. When they told me they wanted to do something extra special for their engagement session, I told them to go nuts. So, they decided to get ahold of Panther’s Place in Kansas City, Missouri and rent out the place an hour before they opened. Let me tell you, Panthers Place is MAGICAL. I adored photographing in this rustic green outdoor space. Then, we up on top of an apartment rooftop in the Riverside Market that Evan’s brother lives in. So unfortunately I can’t offer it as a spot for future couples, but I can’t thank Allyssa and Evan enough for exposing me to these two locations before. They rejuvenated so much of my creativity with this shoot. It was just perfection. I am so freaking STOKED to be their photographer and cannot wait for their wedding at La Villa later this year!
