Joe and Jenae held their beautiful fall wedding at St. Peter’s Parish and ended the night at the stunning Farmhouse KC to celebrate their marriage.
I was so excited for Joe and Jenae when they were able to go through with their wedding day. The year 2020 almost prevented it but luckily it didn’t! I absolutely ADORE these two so much. They are so freaking sweet, kind, and just an absolute pleasure to have in front of my camera. When I arrived, Jenae gifted me with a ‘“Cat Mom” mug and I about cried. From there, they got dressed at the gorgeous Intercontinental hotel, and then headed off to St. Peter’s Parish to tie the knot. It was important to them that they didn’t see each other until Jenae was walking down the aisle, but they were able to have a precious private moment together reading written letters right before their ceremony. Then after their ceremony, we headed off to take some portraits at the Nelson Atkins Museum and Liberty Memorial before heading to Farmhouse KC to celebrate their marriage. They provided masks, and hand sanitizer everywhere and encouraged everyone to do whatever they needed to feel comfortable, even if that meant leaving early. I applaud them for doing everything in their power to keeping their friends and family safe.
In the end, the entire wedding could be summed up by one word: joy.
Also can we note that they MASTERED the dip and kiss? Legit pros.
